HIPAA-- no luck with this paid med collection

Hey everyone. I have missed my FICO time!

Okay, so on DH's paid medical collection, we stalled on our HIPAA process at the alt med DV to CA. Although I never received the green card back (what's up with that?) I went to USPS website and tracked the letter and the CA (West Asset) did receive it in early December 08.

There has been no response from them and no change to the account still listed on all 3 CRAs.

Please help! What's next? Send the exact thing again?

Did your husband opt-out with the CRAs and opt-out with his current creditors? Are the addresses on his report accurate? Is the collection marked as already disputed on your husband's CRs?

Correct address: YES

Dispute listed: YES  it's been on there since my first letter to CRAs

So do we now go ahead with second DV to CRAs? I never got the green card back, but I can print off the delivery confirmation from the USPS website I suppose.
