My last message was archived into the Medical world so I'll start a new!
I followed all steps of the HIPAA process as stated below but am not receiving much of a response from the CRA's on my final step "Follow Up Dispute Letter to the CRA's". FUSED suggested that I wait to hear from all 3 bureaus after sending the letter before doing anything further. All three bureaus have responded that the items were verified and remain. What do I do now? Do I send the letter again?
