Hello all,
As you can see I am new to the site, but I have been lurking for quite sometime now. I do have a quick question for those of you that have experience with the HIPAA process. I have a paid medical collection. However, it doesnt state on my credit report that it's a "medical collection". I haven't read anywhere if this is a deal breaker or not, so I thought I would check here before I got started.
Thoughts??

It doesn't matter if it states "medical collection" on your CR. You can still follow the HIPAA process for it. Good luck!
