I have 5 paid medical collections between my credit reports. These collections were paid to the Collection Agency as the hospital/clinic said to pay them instead.

Can I still use the HIPPA process to get these deleted? Where can I find these letters & instructions?

In order for the HIPAA process to work in your favor you have to pay the OC not the CA.

I already told you in a PM that what you can/need to do is GW the CA for collection removal. Did you even give this a shot?

We exchanged messages towards the end of May, I did PM'd you the letters.
