HIPPA Process for getting a paid medical collection removed

Can someone help me understand the HIPPA process for getting a paid medical collection removed. I have one paid medical collection on my Equifax report that I would like removed. You can pm me the info if you'll like. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
