I have the same problem with paid CAs still showing on my CR.  I am unfamilar with the HIPPA process, please send me the HIPPA letters.  Thanks

Glad to hear of your sucess!

I would only caution that sucess in indvidual cases is only an indication that someone chose to fold rather than indication that the so-called HIPAA process has stattuory basis or case law basis for requiring deleltion by the CRAs once collection on the debt is no longer an excepted permissible purpose for continued retention of the information by the CRAs.

Newkid, go ahead and google "HIPAA process" and you will find all the letters/info you need. The HIPAA process is not something that is discussed on these boards.
