HIPPA

Ok, so I am slow and new to this so please be patient.lol.
 
I had 3 medical collections I paid off in full with the CA and it is still on credit report. Can you please advise of what letter I should send the CA to get this removed from my report? Or what I do next.

You must start with letter #1, the pre-HIPAA dispute letter for all three paid med collections. Send the letters CMRRR to the CRAs and wait 35 days.

The CA address is a PO box. Can you send certified letters to a PO box?

NO!!!   you do not send anything to the CA.
 
The pre-HIPAA is a dispute letter that goes to the CRAs   CMRRR
