HP need help as soon as possible

here is my story 

 

i have some hp that i never sign for it  so  i call the company and today  it was removed and add again what can i do now

If you have an account with them they can pull and HP at any time, if you, if  have had an account in the past and owe them money then they and their assigns can also pull HPs. If none of these apply then its most likely related to attempted ID Theft and I would follow the ID Theft protocol by filing a police report and affadavit of fraud then send copies to the one who pulled the HP and the CRA demanding removal.
