Hi All,

Anyone have a contact for HSBC/Best Buy store card for a goodwill letter?  I have 2 lates that I'm hoping to have at least one removed.  I've mailed letters to the PO Box listed on my credit report which have been returned by the Post Office.

I sent the CEO an email last night!  But this guy wasnt the CEO anymore, however, i did get an email back from someone? saying he would forward it to the executive office!  Hopefully i get the answer i want!

I sent an email, spoke with the offices and they told me 'by law they are required to report'' blah blah blah, I told them its not illegal to remove lates, they still didnt budge. Sigh
