HSBC/Cap 1 Merger date?

So I think I MAY have given up on my orchard/HSBC baddies until they merge with Capital One. I have had good success with GWs with Cap1 but ZERO luck with HSBC... Anyone know when-ish this merger will be complete? I want to know when I can start GWing again... tired of wasting my stamps! :-)

CapOne is much more difficult to deal with than HSBC. I'd  GW the heck out of them now.

I dunno on the merger. I do know the Fed just approved it.
