I have an HSBC (Now Cap1) account that I'm working to dispute. I called the number to ask for statements from when my account was opened in 2007, as I had lost mine over the years. Some CSR in india said she could not help and that I needed to contact the CA- Portfolio Services. I have been lucky to have Portfolio removed from my CR in the last year- so I'm trying not to wake a sleeping monster.
Without the statements I can't find a way to prove any incorrect reporting to have the HSBC account removed from my CR. Any other angles or methods I could use to get this removed?
