Sorry for the delay everyone! Life outside researching and reading the boards needed attention also! LOL. Anyhow, I think everyone should have revieced a PM with the info that I am using to try and tackle HSBC. So far I have not had any contact back with them from the email that Cap One sent over or the 2 letters that I sent them. Those were sent to the addy on the credit reports. Trying to gather myself and come up with another plan of attack, although according to a couple members they heard nothing and woke up to the lates/COs just "disappearing!" Hang in there everyone and Goodluck to everyone working on their HSBC!
