Is this an auto loan? If it is, they may have switched to Santander USA. I had an auto loan with HSBC and now Santander USA owns it.

You can use the address on your CR or google the address.
I sent a letter to one address, but it needed to go to another address. The person who received the letter was very helpful and emailed my the correct address. I resent the letter and did everything else via email once they responded.
Good luck - they were difficult for me to deal with. I know it was removed from TU, but not EQ, so I'm not sure if they did it, or if it was a glitch.
For some reason I have three baddies that are not reporting on TU anymore, but are on EQ. That accounts for my score discrepancy.
