HSBC GW - not having ANY luck

I've tried sending GW's to a couple different email addresses, sent a couple to the address listed on my credit report, and tried talking to people in their recovery department....all with absolutely no luck.  The email addresses that I've found have been from jigsaw.   Can anyone help me out with some contacts?  This is one of the last baddies on my CR and I'd love to make some progress with getting it removed.
