I have been GWing this company for months, I have sent emails, snail mail, but I always had some executive representatives call me back stating that they are unable to delete the tradeline, but I was wondering how did you get them to change the status to paid as agreed? I have already paid my debt through a CA, but my HSBC account shows as a charge-off.
