Hey guys,

I shot off an email to the HSBC CEO yesterday morning and got a call back from one of his underlings last night, the guy gave me the typical "We will not be able to make any changes, as it's a business policy HSBC put in place to blah blah blah".

However, I did do some research and found about 9 snail mail addresses that I blasted off letters to yesterday. I'm hoping one of them will give me some good luck.
