Anyone have any contact information of who I would send my GW letters to?  Or anyone have any luck with getting late payments removed via GW letters?  Any information would greatly be appreciated!!!

You should try googling these companies executives and if that doesn't working try finding them off the BBB website. I haven't had personal experience with them but where there is a will there is a way. Just be persistent and DON'T give up!
