Could someone please send me the email address you use to send you rgood faith letter. I was late one time 30 days, this year and have always paid over the amount due. I have called, but to no avail. I am a disabled veteran who suffer with resp. problems. I explained to them I propably was sick during that time or it was an honest oversight. They said sorry....
