Does anyone have updated contact info for HSBC? Trying to send a GW letter out for a paid charge off. Thanks in advance!!

That's a tough one. I've sent three goodwill letters in the last month. Each time, I receive a response back stating that they can't delete a CO. I even sent a letter to the CEO. I haven't received a response yet.

I agree. I've been sending constantly snail mail and e-mails since JANUARY and nothing. They refuse to delete my CO. I think they've put me in some kind of blackmail list. :smileysad: Good luck!

no luck with the deletion. spoke to the presidents liason on phone after email contact. was very nice on phone but said they dont do GW deletions. he also said they have been getting alot of GW requests lately.

Can I have that info too?  I got declined this week too :smileysad:.  They are very nice, but they are like NO!  The only way they will delete is if it is an error they made, is what the nice lady told me.
