does anyone have any good contact information for hsbc?  such as executive office?  trying to get them to remove a fraudulent 5 year old Orchard bank account.  the regular customer service is ridiculous. thanks!

If the account is fraudulent I would not even fool with the creditor themselves and just use the laws afforded you in the FCRA on ID Theft to get it removed. You will be dealing with the CRAs directly on this.
