I have several old 30 day lates....showing on my credit report from HSBC and Orchard Bank that transitioned to Cap 1 cards. Why is Cap 1 reporting me to have missed payments when I never have missed a Cap 1 payment. I have dispute these payments but they remain. Anybody else have this problem?
Did the account simply transition in ownership, and is thus a continuation of the old account, or is it an entirely new accunt with a new account agreement?
