All I did was call the original creditor that my collection was for and since I paid them instead of the CA, they called the CA for me and told them to remove it from my credit. Also, I often go to the bureaus sites and dispute lates and negative descriptions. And finally, I sent a few emails to the creditors for the lates that i knew i was actually late on to ask them to remove them. Some did, some didn't. I'll keep sending GW emails occasionally until someone agrees to do it. I don't like when people tell me "no"...
