HUGE mistake! Disputed multiple accounts on my credit file.

I thought I was doing the right thing, I mean we are anxious to get a pre approval for a home loan and already had great success with a credit specialist disputing multiple items. So.... 2 weeks ago I thought to myself hmmm I since I need to gain atleast 20 more points I'll do what makes sense I'll dispute the remainder of the items like.... A judgment that was settled but it doesn't say on my file that it was paid or settled it just says the company (palisades) and amount and is listed as a public record its from 08 so I disputed it, then a capital one that hit my reports last summer last that is originally from 2000 it is my longest credit card BUT it was a charge off so I figured it would HELP if I disputed saying that the company agreed for a PFD if I paid well now I realize what a stupid move that was because that shortens my credit history ugh!!!! I also disputed 1 more for FAIN from last summer BUT I paid them today and they recorded me stating that I no longer dispute this item so I am hoping the dispute falls off. So here are these 3 disputes that are going to really hurt my score once updated aren't they? My score just jumped 30 points in a week and our lender says once we pay AFNI we will get our pre approval letter so we can start house shopping but now what???? Help Smiley Sad I'm thinking I should do other things to help* increase my score like make my UTIL. A little lower even though its already at 38% and ask for a credit increase on 2 of my accounts as well as remove myself as an AU from an account that holds a high balance which would help my debt to income ratio tremendously! What can I do? I wish I could go back and UN dispute these items!
