Just wanted to say thank you to everybody who has contributed and helped me over the past 3 years. It's truly been a struggle financially, but also educational. Today, I was pre approved for a 100 percent VA mortgage. Scores tu 692, eq 669. Ex 656. It's time to truly start looking for real now. Thanks again to everyone.
P.s credit utilization is the key to big bumps - I'm at 4 pecent this month from 53 percent last month. Tu bumped 42 points eq only 22 points - don't know about the other one. Good luck everybody and thank you all very much.
