I have a hard inquiry on my Equifax credit report form a medical collection agency, so far I have not received any correspondence from them nor do I know what this inquiry is for.
What do need to do to get this inquiry removed.

Until you know what it is for you may not be able to.
I would send the CA a DV letter asking them to validate whatever debt they pulled your CR for.
