I've begun my credit repair journey folks! I'm 33 and had a rough situation with cancer (which I kicked its ass and am now in full remission). I fell behind on a ton of things and we ended up living with family for a few years until I got better and got back to work making some serious cash.
So I have about 6 or 7 collections. I started off with the simplest one first, which was a Sprint bill that was helps by Harvard Colletions. Following advice on here, I got them to agree to a PFD in written form to me. They say it should drop off in 30 days depending on CRA cycles, but thus given me a letter stating their intention to remove.
Thought I would post here to let everyone know about them just in case someone needs to research them. If you do have a Sprint bill, they will delete without forcing the issue down their throats.
Thanks Epcot! I am so pumped to get myself fixis up and buy a home in a few year for my wife and little girl. It's going to be a lost year getting everything paid off, but I know I can do it.
