Has anyone ever had a PFD over phone?

And if so, do they still report it because you never got it in writing? I would just rather call them over the phone and pay it now instead of waiting to mail and and waiting for their reply. Is it too risky?

I think it's risky.

I did it with only only CA and that's bc this one is known for phone PFD and it was only $31.

Oral agreements are usually harder to enforce.

I have. But eventually I was able to convince them to fax me an agreement (no signature). In the end, they came through and deleted.
