Has anyone ever successfully GW-ed Sallie Mae?

I tried talking to Office of Consumer Advocate at Sallie Mae about good-willing some 30 and 60 day lates from 3 1/2 - 5 years ago (about 4 lates total).  They investigate and said "Sorry, nothing we can do".  Does anyone have a contact for Sallie Mae, if so, can you PM me?  This is not the most pressing thing I am trying to scrub but it may be a tough one (take some time).  Many thanks.

If you do a search for Sallie Mae I think you will find a few that have. One referenced "slaying the dragon" or something like that.

It is not easy and takes repeated efforts including letters, faxes and phone calls. 

i am currently in the process myself. Don't know that I will be successful but it is worth it to me. That is the only negative I have.
