I have. I used LinkedIn to find contact info for a VP of the main branch and contacted them successfully with good results. It was in reference to some lates from a few years back on an auto loan.

Yep, same thing.  Found a VP and explained what happened with my account.  He told CA to accept payment and delete all reporting.

Very responsive.
