I called customer service number. The CSR, of course, said they could not make a GW adjustment. I've also sent a couple of GW letters. As this is the last baddie on my CR that I'm trying to get deleted, I feel like I've hit a wall. Has anyone had success with WFNNB? If so, via which method and would you mind PMing me the info?
