Has anyone had sucess with a GW to Direct Loans for SL

I'd love to hear if you had sucess with the Direct Loans student loans removing  lates. Thanks!

I have sent a few GW via snail mail these past couple of months to remove a few lates and I have yet to hear anything.  I sent an email through the website yesterday and they directed me to  fax a copy of my credit report showing when the lates took place.  I will keep you posted.
