Heights Finance Goodwill

I have an old Heights Finance auto loan that has 3 120 day lates and one 30 day late.  I have been trying to get them to Goodwill it for me, but with no luck.  If I could get these late payments removed I would have a clean report in January.   Otherwise the 120 day lates will drop by Sep 18 and the 30 day Aug of 19.

Has anyone had any luck with a goodwill request to Heights Finance?   If so what address did you use?
