Bought an update score this morning from Equifax/MyFico and 701! That's a +39 point jump from mid December and all due to bad accounts ageing off!

Still have 1 collection left that will fall off in 1.5 years, I've tried a PFD with them and they didn't even reply back.

Thanks everyone...I've been waiting a looong looong time for this day. My other reports still show some of these bad accounts, for some reason they don't all have the same "fall off" dates but by end of March, all three reports should be as clean as they can be aside from that medical collection that won't fall off until mid 2014.
