Help Advise Re: CA change Names and # everyday my credit

I need to know what coarse I can take action regarding a collection agency was on my credit report which they was deleted back in oct 13th Northern Resolution. During the past 5 days back on my credit report 02/18/2014
Then changed under Enhance Acquisition with same address and # with NR and on 02/20/2014 only EA same address 02/23/2014 EA with new address different # and now another new address different # **bleep** is this Legal like trying to stay under credit Bureau radar ? I looked up the company on Google and they where fined from the AG for payday loan scams I never ever took a loan out or heard I filed a Police report and FTC sign and motorized but does anyone heard any debt collector and credit agencies allow them to just go into your credit files anytime like this it's a bit unease that a company like this can do whatever they want .disputing a collection I never owned $292. Any advice ?

If you have filed an ID theft report with the police forward a copy of it with a letter demanding deletion of the CA(s) from your files. I do believe continuing to change names and addresses to different DBAs they have may be a violation of the FDCPA & FCRA.

(14) The use of any business, company, or organization name other than the true name of the debt collector's business, company, or organization.

And it is the FDCPA.

However, you need to make sure that the 2 listed names are not the same company.  Sometimes they change names or will list it under their parent company.

thanks for jour responding back to my question and concern . To give a clear insight and investigation i started checking my credit in 10/15/2013 after i contacted a collection agency and cell phone i was receiving a past due which i never heard or applied and received and this other collections on my credit from a pay day loan i never got or again took out claimkng i to out 7 seveal loans now the problems start i started learning and receiving calls from collections and loan companoies knquiries niting my credit i disputed them its been everyday fights and police reports and credit agencies calls Well to bring back this collection equifax removed it and again while mlnigorkng my credit this debt buyer stated on credit report again on 2\18/2014 the. the next two days i checked again the name was still there but a new name rellaved the orginal name as like exchange both with same address and same #? next 2 days the name of the orginal agency was totally removed but same # and adress ,now im comcerned to mich changkng i contacte Equifax explained and only they did was place a dispute . the gollowing day the adress and # completly changed the #i googled nothing came jp except its a moble # if this isnt crazy or lolks fishy very not prof company its almost like harrassment if anything like this ever happen or is it something i should contact legal assistance . as of now i really fear my credit my privacy them javing acess into my report and monitoring my accounts ohlnes ect its doesnt sound legit . previus company i looked jp eas sued and bared grom collection valilated FTCA so would appriate feed back

is it listed as a payday loan on your credit report? if so you should just google northern resolutions. they were involved in collections forpayday loans.

if not i will give you all the info i have gleaned atm. my salute visa went to collections and was eventually bought buy northern resolution group. enhanced aquisitions llc was just opened as a business 1/7/14 and i think they started by buying some of nrg's junk debts. so far the name has changed on my credit karma page but everything else has stayed the same. i opened a dispute late last month on tu's website and the account was still listed as nrg. tu is the only one reporting this account that i know of. i cant give any other info until my dispute is settled and i go back to tu and poke the bear on the salute visa account. i havent recieved a dunning notice either but they may be sending it to an old address. my dv should be timely and i will know more in a few weeks when they respond to my dv.

First of all if you look at your credit report Northern reported on my EQ I disputed after I was monitoring changes each day a different item changed 'Name'ADRESS,Numbers, first googled # was a cell phone, after change to a different # until finally Northern was replace "but if you google both same building nearly complete address company only registered 8 months. The company Northern was fined 3mil and Attorney general ban any collection or filing and Neg in customers credit report I myself never had any paydays loans identify theft and still dealing with call I applied for loans this day. But in anyone's case. Northern and Enhance Aquis are the same company just name change .if your dealing with one of CRA first you need to send in writing and also not knowing your situation if they are in valuation what state you in ? Harassments calls.ex.can you tell me was Northern first on your credit report and changed name completely or ?? Can send you PM how if more detail

ny2014's case is with the payday loans. nrg was fined and had to reverse all negative credit reporting from payday loans that originated in ny. in new york payday loans are illegal. nrg is still a debt collector and is still in business from what i have read.i am assuming that during the name change on ny2014's credit report is due to nrg attempting to sell off those payday debts and his timing was such that it appears that they were just trying to change names. so assuming this is true, my point still stands. if the collection account is from a payday loan then just google northern resolution and you can procede from that. my salute visa debt as stated above is not involved in the payday loans and is valid. the phone number on my report is a valid 800 number the address on my report is different than nrgs address

Thanks for your response. I called equifax and they stated it is a payday loan. I will start a new thread
