Will the court supply you a copy of those judgements? If so once you get the copies supply them to the bureau(s) reporting the judgment as part of the dispute?
Will the court send you a copy ofthose judgments? It would be useful in a dispute with the bureaus.
I have a copy of the court papers they were sent to me as validation of the debt when I tried to dispute the claim. I heard from someone from EDD today, and it is now getting investigated. They admitted that thier is an error. It took several phone calls, faxes, and emails, but I hope the end of this drama is close.
I'm back to the start on this they informed me that It is the CRA to dig deep and correct the error not thiers. aGGGG!
So they are saying that the CRA put a judgment on you and they had nothing to do with it? Is it on all three of your reports or just one? If it's on three then THEY are the ones doing it.
All three
Maybe you should get a lawyer. That's too weird. Someone reported that to those credit reporting agencies. They don't share info w/ each other. Too Weird!
I heard from AG of California but they stated it is conflict of intrest since she represents state agencies. She gave me the Calf. Bureau of State Audits, so that is my next step.
It is off! It is off! I don't know which one worked, but I think the AG notice made a difference.
OMG - what a nightmare you went through about this!
