Help I think I made a mistake.

I have a CO account with wells fargo dealer services. I was GW'ing them with no results so I disputed w/ CRAs since there was a error on the listing. In the process I got a letter from Wells Fargo saying they would delte. But I think the timing was bad and the dispute ended up trumping the delete. What can I do now?

If it were me I'd wait it out and see if WF actually deletes. Why would the dispute mess up the delete?

If you disputed with the CRA, they were required to have forwarded a copy of the dispute to the furnisher of the information for their investigation.

If the furnisher deletes the reported info, there is no longer an issue of accuracy of its reporting, and the CRA will simply dismiss the dispute as no longer being relevant.

As stated, the dispute wont trump a deletion.
