I have the following left on cr that need to be taken care of. Should I pay them than start a round of GW letters for removal.
Midland DOLA 03/08 $656
Afni DOLA 12/05 $333 I'm suppose to settle with them today
Marauder DOLA 07/10 $162
HSBC/TAX DOLA 02/07 $2694 now this says charged off sold to another lender. Should I set up new payments?
Ad Astra DOLA 2010 $315
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If it has been charged off and sold to another lender, you can no longer make paymnets to that OC.
Be prepared for a collection account on that shortly

They might be able to provide you with the CA the sold it to, and you (if you choose) could attempt a payment scenerio without them reporting the debt...
Also, with the balance that high be prepared for a possible suit against you as well :/

Based off of the DOLA its past the SOL for my state for suit. If suit is filed my response would be past SOL.

Ad Astra is good for PFD. I had one with them and they did a PFD. The rep first stated they could not do it but then placed me on hold and spoke with a supervisor who stated they would accept the PFD if paid in full. They would not send a letter but they did do what they stated they would do.

Thanks. I'm going to call and see if I could get them to do a PFD.

What is the DOFD on the OC account that preceded each collection?
That is the significant date for CR exclusion, and most likely also for SOL.
