I've been reading all weekend yet I am still confused. I just pulled my EQ CR, TU & EX won't show online for me, and I have an account in collections, I'm able to pay, but what are my first steps? Send a DV or PIF saying I willing to pay in return have them remove the remark from my report. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
It's an either or. You could send a DV to have them verify, if they will, or you could just send them a PFD.
