They have it listed as 2 accounts that why they are able to 'verify' both accounts as seperate. I would contact TMobile asking for supportive info on both accounts.

WHy not dispute both accounts ?  I understand its one account and somewhere along the lines, somebody screwedup, but,,,,,  They are obligated to fix or delete inaccurate information.    It reminds me of a legal case once from a loooooooong time ago.    A man accused of murder, the lawyer states he s innocent, it was another man who committed the crime.  The man charged goes free,  the man whom the lawyer named gets charges,  retains the lawyers who states that his client is innocent, and the murderer is ,,,,, his first client.  Ultimately his client goes free.   Now was Abraham lincoln a great lawyer or what?
