PrettyPeacock mentioned sending a letter asking them to forward to CRAs. I tried that and the IRS included a notation that they only send the withdrawals to the county (ies) and I'd be responsible for notifying the CRAs.

My stamped pre addressed envelopes didn't sway them; they returned them with my executed forms.

Thanks for the help. We went ahead and mailed off the forms to see what happens. I will have to contact the IRS for some additional information for another tax year lien, but we are on our way. This is the last baddy on our reports, then off to buy our first home.
