What happens if I sent a DV letter to a CA over 2 months ago and have not received a response?
In one case, I got the green card back and in another case the Post Office is doing a search for me because the green card hasn't ben returned.
The post office could not provide the green card.
The account was deleted from TU, but is still on EQ (no idea about EX).
I have sent DV to several collection agencies and never received response and the accounts are still reporting. What should I do?
Is the debt beyond SOL?
If not, can you PIF?
If beyond SOL or you can PIF, file complaint with the BBB for violations of FDCPA for not responding to your DV and continuing collection activities(reporting on your CR).
