Help building credit?

So I applied for a secured card about 2 years ago (Cap one) and got a limit incread of 550! and I recently got approved for a walmart credit card. I have 3 derogatory accounts and their all medical bills. Is there any suggestions on how I could build my credit and possibly get a decent credit card with a higher limit (over 300)? My EQ score is 625 my EX is 627 and my TU is 575 (I have no idea why its so much lower)

Have you pulled your reports to see what is on them? www.annualcreditreport.com is free and a very detailed report. If you pull those, you can see where the baddies are and maybe we can help you clean that report up a bit.

July 2013 score: EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
