I have a revolving account that is from synchrony bank/ Amazon store card. I have tried contacting them repeatedly to settle the debt but every time I call the number located on my credit report I always receive a message that states: "Thanks for calling during our normal business hours. Please stay on the line and a customer services representative will be with you shortly followed by a brief pause and another message that says. We're sorry we're not taking calls at this time, Thank you goodbye!" I've tried calling for the past month with no luck. I would like to settle the debt and work on getting it removed from my credit report. Any recommendations on what I should do?
