my mother open account with Chase 2007, one year later she add me as joint account, after a while she can't make any payments and account go to CO, I have to settlement and paid in less with Chase. I know this website search from google, I read alot of subject and start fix my negative account. I send goodwill letter to Chase and dispute to CRA request under 609(a)(1). Couple week later, I recieve mail from chase is accurate can't remove TL but update status CO to OK from TU and EQ delete TL and EX unknow. I want to ask should I dispute TU and EX sams as EQ request under 609(a)(1). Thanks
