My Citi credit card was stolen when I was traveling. I filed a dispute -- but Citi did not receive the dispute form. I refiled the dispute electronically once again and have email from Citi saying they will act on the dispute.
However I have not been able to get any response from Citi since then. My account now shows up as charge off on my credit reports and am having trouble getting Citi to even look up status of my dispute.
What should I do?
1. How do I get Citi to look up the status of my dispute?
2. How do I get them to rectify the credit reports?
