Help with Mid Michigan Collection

Ok I need your help Anybody please!!! I had a hospital bill  with a specialist for $93 I didn't know until it went to CA paid it they still will not remove it from my CR. Sent good will letter called the agency spoke to a woman she stated if they removed it that would be extortion. Wow really... I have to get a mortgage in a month my land contract is about to expire please any suggestions I'm new to this.

Ok update I called the CA back spoke to a different person she stated while trying to pull up my information and come to find out she provided me an address I had not lived at in three years apparently that's why I never received the bill. Any Suggestions what to do next how to get it removed

All you can really do is keep calling them and ask nicely for removal. Tell them that they sent info to an old address and as soon as you knew about the bill you paid it. It only takes one person to remove.
