Great forums everybody. Many thanks for all the good advice. I am still trying to get my first pfd to work and have a question. I have a bill originally from AT&T that has been sent to EOS-CCA for collections. I know I owe the bill and am willing to pay it in full for deletion from my credit report. I have spoken with EOS-CCA on the phone and they will not agree to this. Does anyone have a good sample letter for writing the CEO of the company to ask for deletion when paying in full?

I made the mistake of paying CCA before learning about this site and PFDs. I've been trying for two years to see if they will GW remove the negative TL on my CR. No luck so far. I've heard of some people having success with EOS and PFDs -- keep trying and make sure you get it in writing!
