I have a unsecured loan that I took out on 3/1/2002. The terms of the loan were 8 month (as per my report). It ended with a $423 CO. I can't find on my report DOFD or DOLA. It's only reporting with EX and every month I'm getting dinged with a KD. Also I filed Chp 13 in June 2005. (I don't have records at this point to know if this was included or not) I did complete my Chp 13 repayment plan and just got a Divorce (the source of this mess) and I'm trying to get my credit on the right track.
So my question is....Will this unsecured debt drop off soon?
By my math it should be happening by now....
