Help with credit card charge-off...

I am interested in advice on charge-offs on credit report.  I have 3 on my credit which are credit cards totaling $1100. All three are from 2009 due to my hours being cut at work and I didn't want my car to be repoed so I just let them go so I would be able to pay for my car.  Should I just pay for the charge offs or do pay for deletions actually work?

Do the OC still own the accounts?

Can you PIF? 

Who are the creditors if you don't mind sharing?

OC still own the accounts and I am able to PIF.  

Creditors are:

Fingerhut-$349 

First Premier Bank-$447

Plains Commerce Bank-$261

PIF while the OC's still have the accounts even if they don't agree to a PFD.
