Okay Verizon this is what transunion says: Status as of [?] Jun, 2008 Date opened [?] Jun, 2003 Date of last activity [?] Apr, 2004 Date paid out [?] Apr, 2004 Date closed [?] Apr, 2004 So it would fall of Apr 2011 correct?

You can only get this info. from your CR....not monitoring service.

You can also call the CRAs and ask for the drop date.

has late payments in the past

If Verizon is the one reporting then your CR will show a drop date.   The drop date does not go by when you paid it!  It will be well before that
